During its Juneteenth celebration commemorating a decade of service to youth and families, Akoma Unity Center honored First 5 San Bernardino Community Engagement Specialist LuCretia Dowdy with its Community Partner of the Decade Award.
The award was presented during Akoma Unity Center’s 10th Anniversary Celebration, which brought together graduates, community partners, supporters and local leaders for a day of reflection and celebration. The event recognized the organization’s lasting impact on youth and families while honoring those who have helped advance its mission over the past decade.
